4.24: Eighth Eviction

EVEN: Welcome to Abnormality- Season 4! This season we follow 12 new housemates who are battling it out to win the grand prize of $250,000 in addition to the title of 'King/Queen of the House'. Following the eighth HOH challenge, Maya and Teresa found themselves on the block. Both housemates failed to remove themselves from the block when Katharina won the POP challenge- deciding not to use the veto on either nominee. Now that the eviction day is here, who will manage to save themselves from Eviction and continue in the competition? Let's find out on Abnormality!

RANDALL: Here you are Teresa, how ya doin'?
TERESA: ...
RANDALL: Teresa, are ya okay love?
TERESA: I'm fine... Funny...

RANDALL: Funny?
TERESA: I know what you've been doing for quite some time now. I just gave you some time to see if you'd admit it eventually, but you haven't.
RANDALL: I'm confused... what's all this about?

TERESA: You've been working against me all this time, and you had the cheek to pretend that we're friends. I know you nominated me that one time after I had helped you out. Then you refused me to save me when you won the POP. You ignore me whenever the others are around, which I find rude. At least E-Kat was upfront about being against me.

RANDALL: Teresa...
TERESA: I have a reputation for being ruthless in my work, which isn't completely undeserved, but at least I'm upfront about my dealings. And I've never dealt with someone so conniving and dishonest. I want nothing more to do with you.

*TERESA gets up from her chair and heads for the door.*

TERESA: I hope you enjoy whatever hollow victories you get out of this game.
RANDALL: Teresa, please don't...
TERESA: That's all I have to say, good day!

*TERESA leaves the bedroom and the hallway.*

RANDALL: She's really upset with me... I played an honest game, right? She got me second guessin' now.

*Sadness comes across RANDALL's face. He heads off to go think about his behaviour throughout the game.*

*KATHARINA tosses a load of ingredients into the bowl. She takes out a pot of sugar and starts shaking the bottle into the bowl.*

KATHARINA: There we go, a little bit of sugar makes things so sweet! Then we add a bit of alcohol, which will give the cake a nice little zing.

*KATHARINA pours a small amount of alcohol into the bowl and starts to stir with the spoon.*

KATHARINA: This is going to taste B-E-A-U-Tiful!

*KATHARINA continues to stir as LUKE enters.*

LUKE: Ooh, what are you cooking E-Kat?

KATHARINA: I'm baking a cake, I thought we all need a bit of a boost before tonight. What better way to do that with cake?
LUKE: I don't know anyone who doesn't like cake.
KATHARINA: People who don't like cakes are aliens, ALIENS I TELL YOU!

LUKE: There's a local legend that an alien landed on one of the farms near my house. Apparently it had eight arms and a pet Poodle. A lot of people just think the farmer was a few spanners short of a toolbox though.
KATHARINA: You don't know what is out there, the universe is a big place.

*KATHARINA puts the cake mix into the oven.*

LUKE: I believe aliens exist.
KATHARINA: So do I, kind of. Like I think there might be aliens out there, but I'll believe it 100% if they actually come and stand in front of me.
LUKE: Do you believe in other stuff, like ghosts?

KATHARINA: Hell to the yeah, I've never seen one though.
LUKE: I-I have! It was very weird, it was this really old dude with a bowler hat. It was in our last house, I was only young then.
KATHARINA: That is crazy!

LUKE: The man had a bowler hat on his head and a giant curly moustache!
PRODUCER: Could it have been one of the Super Mario brothers?
LUKE: Noooooo... it was an actual man... well, ghost... ghost man.
PRODUCER: Riiiiiiiiight.
LUKE: It's true. I'm not crazy! I-I'm not.

TERESA: The eviction has come around so quickly this time, it feels like two minutes ago since Shirley left the house.

MAYA: Maya has noticed that it has been a very fast week.

TERESA: I just hope I go out in a blaze of glory.

MAYA: About that... Maya wants to offer Teresa something before the eviction.

TERESA: Offer me something? What are you thinking?

MAYA: Maya would like to give Teresa a chance to win. Maya is going to put down her heels and leave this house so Teresa gets another chance to win.

TERESA: Maya, you'd seriously do that for me? You are so close to winning this, you don't have to give up on your game for me.

MAYA: Maya wants too, Maya has got close to Teresa recently and knows that Teresa will benefit much more from this than Maya.

MAYA: Maya you would first of all like to say hello and thank you for allowing Maya into the final 5. Maya feels very honoured but would like to go back to Maya's modelling career now. Maya has gotten to know Teresa a lot more recently and thinks Teresa deserves to go through to the battle round. Maya thinks Teresa is a wonderful person who has been treated unfairly in this game, Maya wants Teresa to go on to win this. Maya is worried for poor Luke, Maya thinks certain people have let the game go straight to their heads and Maya doesn't like this. Maya is a good person and won't let no game get in the way of being king, Maya thinks Luke needs to be stronger and not let others control him. Maya may not be here for long to support him. Maya has said her piece. Mwah!

TERESA: As nice as that is Maya, I wouldn't feel right having you go home so I could stay. If one of us is to go tonight, I want it to be an honest vote.

MAYA: Maya wants to give you this gift, Maya wants you to stay.

TERESA: I want to stay too, but not this way.

MAYA: ...Maya will have a fair vote then.

TERESA: Thank you! It truly does mean a lot to me that you would give up your space in this house to let me stay.

MAYA: Maya see's Teresa as a good friend, nothing gets in the way of Maya's friends. Not no silly game, not anything!

TERESA: Maya, thank you for being so pure! I'm gonna miss you.

MAYA: I'm going to miss Teresa too!

*TERESA gets up and walks through to the bar room.*

LUKE: Whoosh! Oh yeah, that is the most epic comeback in a game ever! Sure you don't wanna play Coop?

LIL' COOP SNOOP: Squeak!

LUKE: Oh, you're a raccoon. You don't have opposable thumbs.

*NEW CHARACTER UNLOCKED.*

LUKE: We have another character unlocked? I gotta see who this is.

LIL' COOP SNOOP: Squeak.

LUKE: It's the llama superhero from the last HOH! Wait, there's no more characters to unlock. We have a full roster! This is so awesome. I wonder if we have all the race tracks unlocked too then? I'll have to go and check them out after this.

*LUKE searches through the grand prix tracks.*

LUKE: Yeah, all the tracks are there too now. I think this is the biggest pack so far, 25 characters and 32 tracks. What's gonna be next for this game?

*LIL' COOP SNOOP starts to rip the adjacent chair.*

LUKE: What the hell are you doing? Stop it Coop!

LIL' COOP SNOOP: ...Grr. Squeak.

*LIL' COOP SNOOP stops and stares into LUKE's soul.*

LUKE: P-Please don't look at me like that, you know you aren't supposed to scratch the furniture, it's very rude.

LIL' SCOOP SNOOP: ...Squeak!

KATHARINA: The cake should be done soon, it's been in for a while now.

RANDALL: Nice, ah can't wait to 'ave a slice... E-Kat, can I ask you somethin'?

KATHARINA: Sure, what's up?

RANDALL: Have I played an honest game?

KATHARINA: I think so, your the only one who can truly answer that though.

RANDALL: Just got me thinkin' early on when I spoke with Teresa, she accused me of being conniving and dishonest.

KATHARINA: What the hell? Who cares if you have, this is a game right?

RANDALL: True, I don't wanna isolate anyone though.

KATHARINA: You haven't isolated anyone, just because you had other alliances in this game doesn't mean your dishonest, that's silly.

RANDALL: Okay, I feel a bit better about it.

RANDALL: Teresa struck a note earlier about bein' dishonest. I was dishonest playin' the game, there's no doubt about that, but I never wanted to hurt her. If there is anyway to regain her trust and her friendship then I'll happily take it.

KATHARINA: The only thing you need to worry about now is what you are going to do in the battle round.

RANDALL: It's almost 'ere. I don't know what I'm gonna do yet.

KATHARINA: It's fairly simple.

RANDALL: Oh really?

KATHARINA: Yeah. Win and decide who you want to come with you. Everything is on the line with this, everything and everyone.

RANDALL: You are still takin' me through with ya right?

KATHARINA: Of course, this alliance has worked well together from the start, it'd be nice to end being the last two left in the competition when they decide to crown the winner. E-Kat and Hot Dog, the top 2 of the season. I can see it now.

RANDALL: Amen to that!

KATHARINA: I have really enjoyed playing this game. Now that I know the end is close, it is starting to feel real and I'm getting really excited. I hope I can be victorious and win this game, it would mean so much to me to complete this and I know I'd have earned it fair and square. It's time to hit the pedal to the metal, I need to make sure that I am the winner next week... but first, we need to get rid of someone which sucks.

*TERESA admires the wine in her glass.*

TERESA: The wine they have here is delightful.

LUKE: I-I haven't had some, I-I don't drink wine.

TERESA: Do you drink any alcohol?

LUKE: Well... I had a ginger-beer at my cousin's party once.

TERESA: ...I see. There's nothing wrong with not drinking. Lot's of people don't.

LUKE: I-I know. It just isn't me. I'll stick to soft drinks.

TERESA: That is good, it can be such a waste on finances.

LUKE: I know, twenty pounds for a bottle of scotch, that could buy... like, hundreds of bags of gummy bears.

TERESA: Oooh gummy bears. My favourite sweet as a child was the cola bottles.

LUKE: The very big ones?

TERESA: Of course, the small ones are okay but the big ones are just that better.

LUKE: I'll keep that in mind, I'll buy you a big bag of them for your birthday!

TERESA: Oh Luke, you don't have to.

LUKE: I-I want to, your my friend and I like to do nice things for friends.

TERESA: I'm your friend?

LUKE: Y-Yeah. I-I know I haven't been as good of a friend as I could be, but I like you a lot.

TERESA: I, uh... thank you. Thank you so much.

TERESA: As much as I am annoyed at certain members in this house, I can't help but have a soft spot for Luke. He is very young... and very naive, however he is a breath of fresh air and does make me smile. He reminds me of my children, he's a good boy. If I was his parents I'd be very proud of what he has achieved.

LUKE: Hehe, no worries.

TERESA: Here's to gummy bears and giant cola bottles!

LUKE: Hurrah.

EVEN: HELLO HOUSEMATES! THE TIME HAS COME TO VOTE. THE EIGHTH EVICTION CEREMONY WILL BEGIN SHORTLY. CAN ALL HOUSEMATES PLEASE MEET IN THE CEREMONY AREA TO BEGIN THE EVICTION.

EVEN: Hello housemates! Welcome to the eighth eviction ceremony of Season 4! Tonight, one of our lovely nominees will be sent packing and they will leave the competition.

EVEN: Each housemate will get a chance to vote to evict one of the nominees on the block this week. The nominee who receives the most votes will be evicted from the house and must leave immediately.

EVEN: If for any reason the house fails to come to a majority vote, the Anonymous HOH will then step in to make the final decision to evict one of the nominees. There is a likelihood this could happen with 2 people voting- however we do have 1 other person who has an extra eviction vote to use following the first HOH, so if they want to use it they could skew the vote.

TERESA: Even, please may I use my 1 extra eviction vote.

EVEN: Absolutely! With that, there are no more advantages in play. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you are going to use it to evict Maya?

TERESA: That would be correct Even.

KATHARINA: I was not expecting that.

EVEN: Now that we have covered the ground rules, let's get this eviction underway. The first housemate who will cast their vote is... Luke!

LUKE: Good luck Maya, good luck Teresa!

RANDALL: I would like to evict _______ because I think they will be harder to beat when it comes to the battle rounds.

KATHARINA: I would like to evict _____ because I believe this housemate is my strongest rival left. I need to make sure I have the best advantage going into the battle rounds.

EVEN: The voting has ended, Katharina can you please return to the ceremony while I count up the votes.

*TERESA stands up from the block.*

TERESA: I am very disappointed about my exit tonight. I thought I had the loyalty of a few people in this game, only to find out that the loyalty I thought existed was a mere fantasy. I wish you all good luck for the battle rounds. I hope this is what you all truly wanted. I'm ready to go now with my head held high, goodbye Even.

EVEN: Goodbye Teresa.

TERESA: I may not have won the money, but I have won respect! Britney and Amanda, mother is coming home.

*TERESA walks out of the house.*

EVEN: And that is the last of Teresa in this game. Teresa has finished in 5th place. Teresa has become the third member of the jury! We shall see her again at the finale!

EVEN: Housemates, 5 of you have become 4. You are all one step closer to becoming the new winner of Abnormality! I hope you are all ready, this is going to be the toughest challenge in this entire game that you will face. It's time for the BATTLE CHALLENGE! MAYA: Maya is over the moon to stay in the competition! Maya thought she was a goner when Teresa pulled her eviction vote out of Teresa's hat. Maya is excited to see what will happen in the battle challenge. Maya expects everyone to give everything and you can guarantee Maya will do the same too.

EVEN: Hello world! It is time to initiate the battle challenge! All four housemates will go up against each other in a challenge like no other! The aim of the game is simple. Try and get the most points and advance to the final. That's right, the housemate with the highest points will get an advanced pass to the final. In addition to this, they will get to choose who they want to bring with them to the final. The winner of the challenge will get to pick from 2nd and 3rd place on who they want to bring with them and who they want to evict. The housemate who has the lowest score in 4th place will be eliminated before this decision is made by the winner. The end is almost in sight and these housemates are ready to fight for their lives in this game!

EVEN: Good luck to the top 4! May the odds be ever in your favour. On that note, this concludes this episode of Abnormality!
